This amazing mower is powerful enough to easily cut through overgrown weeds and knee-high grasses, yet still provide a smooth cut for a perfectly manicured lawn. The large rear wheels smooth out uneven surfaces and add stability on hillsides. A heavy-duty, three-speed shift on-the-fly transmission delivers safe and easy operation. For power and durability, the High Weed mower features a commercial-duty Honda engine. The floating 24” mowing deck is adjustable in ½” increments from 2 inches to 4 inches.

PR POWER RAKE
The PR power rake weighs more than competitive units, maintaining better contact with the thatch layer with less of the surging and stalling commonly found in units weighing less.
Because the rotation is down sweep, the flails propel the PR forward, negating the additional weight. Most power rakes vibrate excessively at the operator handle, but not the PR.
Because of the additional weight, and a 10-gauge steel engine base, the PR absorbs most of the vibration before it is transferred to the handle.
The PR design also has fewer parts than competitive units, making fewer adjustments necessary. Billy Goat was also first to use construction grade cast iron bearings. This makes lubrication and reel changeover a breeze. |

OS OVERSEEDER
The Billy Goat OS overseeder has the seed box located in front of the vertislicing blades where it belongs.
The blade action helps to “cut” seed into the soil thereby improving the soil-to-seed contact and germination rate. This configuration also requires less seed than do other machines that drop the seed behind the slicing reel, leaving the seed on top of the thatch instead of in the soil.
The new seed box holds more seed and weighs 28 pounds less than prior units.
The OS easily converts to a power rake, making this an extremely versatile machine and an excellent investment. Use the OS for power raking in the spring and overseeding in the fall! |
