Parts Ordering/Purchasing Policies |

| Payment and Financing For parts that will be shipped directly to the customer, payment is required in advance. Orders placed for direct shipment will be held until payment is processed. Parts that are to be picked up at the dealership are preferred to be prepaid if they are not in stock at the dealership. This may be waived, depending on the price of the part. Parts with a List Price of $100 or more are requested to be prepaid prior to order processing. Applications for a 'house' charge account are available upon request. Any charge account that enters a state of non-payment will be subject to limitations with regards to parts ordering and purchasing. |
Parts Returns Parts Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This mirrors the charge that will be applied to our account if we return the part to the vendor. There are no returns on opened electrical parts, and any part that has been opened or used will be subject to scrutiny. Parts may also be deemed non-returnable if they are obsolete/no longer in production. Generally a 30 day return cycle is the maximum, and proof of purchase is required. |

| Freight and Shipping There is no freight charge on Stock orders. These orders will be placed with John Deere on the next Monday following the order date, and generally take 1-2 business weeks for fulfillment and receipt at the dealership. Stock orders can NOT be shipped directly to the customer. There are currently no Stock order options available for any vendor except for John Deere. All other vendors may be 2-5 business days before a parts order is placed, depending on current demand. A shipping matrix is applied to all Machine Down (Emergency) orders. There is a minimum $4.00 freight charge for orders that will come to the dealership, with a $6.00 minimum charge for Direct Ship orders. This charge increases dependent upon product weight, size, and price. Next Day Air/ Second Day Air services are available, and will also incur additional charges. Any Flash Plus Emergency/Machine Down order that is asked to be placed after 5 PM will be subject to a fee of either $5.00 or 10% of the order value, whichever is greater. This is an option that will only be used if the customer has a charge account in good standing, or either prepays for the parts or pays a deposit equal to at least 25% of the part price. |
